Warranty & Shipping

Every Unique LED Headlight Kit is covered by an 18-month manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, starting from the date of delivery.

What’s covered

• Manufacturing defects in the LED bulb or ballast driver
• Premature failure under normal automotive use within voltage range 9–16V
• Defective packaging contents on arrival

What’s not covered

• Physical damage from accidents, impact, or improper handling
• Damage from incorrect installation or wiring
• Use outside the listed voltage range (9–16V) or with damaged vehicle electricals
• Water ingress beyond the unit’s normal operating tolerance (these are not rated for full submersion)
• Cosmetic wear and tear

How to claim

1. Email info@theuniqueledlight.com with your order ID and a description of the issue.
2. Attach photos or a short video showing the defect.
3. We’ll review within 2 business days and arrange a replacement or refund.

Warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

Free shipping pan-India on every order, no minimum.

• Orders dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation.
• Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days via reputed courier (Bluedart, Delhivery, or India Post).
• You’ll receive an email with the tracking number once the shipment is picked up.
• We currently ship within India only.

Delivery timelines may vary during festivals, weather events, or remote PIN codes. We’ll keep you posted if anything affects your order.

You may return an unopened, unused kit within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions

• Packaging seal must be intact. We cannot accept returns on opened or installed units (except under warranty for defects).
• Customer pays return shipping unless the product was defective or shipped incorrectly.
• Original order ID and invoice are required.

Refund timeline

Once we receive and inspect the returned kit, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Bank settlement may take an additional 2–3 working days.
