These terms govern your use of theuniqueledlight.com (the “site”) and your purchase of products from Unique LED Light. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About us

2. Products and pricing

We sell automotive LED headlight kits as described on the product page. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice; the price at the time of order is the price you pay.

We make reasonable efforts to display product details accurately. Specifications shown reflect what is printed on the product packaging at the time of writing.

3. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion — for example, in case of stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, or suspected fraud. If we decline, any payment will be refunded in full.

Once your order is accepted and payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Razorpay handles all payment information securely; we do not store your card or banking credentials. By submitting payment, you authorise Razorpay to charge the order total on our behalf.

5. Shipping

Shipping is free pan-India. Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days and typically delivered in 3–7 business days. Detailed terms are in our Warranty & Shipping policy.

6. Warranty

Products carry an 18-month manufacturer warranty against defects. Full warranty terms — including what is and isn’t covered — are in our Warranty & Shipping policy.

7. Returns & refunds

Unopened, unused kits may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receipt. See the Warranty & Shipping policy for full conditions.

8. Installation and use

LED headlights must be installed and used in compliance with local motor vehicle laws. You are responsible for ensuring the product is legal for road use in your jurisdiction and that installation is performed correctly. We are not liable for accidents, fines, or vehicle damage resulting from improper installation, incompatible vehicle wiring, or use outside the specified voltage range (9–16V).

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by Unique LED Light or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it for commercial purposes without our written consent.

11. Privacy

Your personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gujarat, India.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the current version. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
